Day 1

Transfer to Murchison Falls via Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary

Depart from Kampala/Entebbe early in the morning and drive to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for an exciting rhino tracking experience. Continue to Murchison Falls National Park, where you’ll visit the top of the falls to witness the Nile’s dramatic plunge through a narrow gorge. Enjoy breathtaking views before checking in at your lodge.
Wake up early for a sunrise game drive on the northern savannah plains. Expect to see lions, elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, and numerous antelope species. After lunch, embark on a boat safari along the Nile, spotting hippos, crocodiles, and waterbirds. The cruise takes you to the base of Murchison Falls for another spectacular view of the thundering waters.

More Game Viewing & Leisure Time

Enjoy another morning game drive to spot any animals you may have missed. Later, relax at your lodge, take in the beautiful scenery, or choose an optional nature walk. The day is yours to enjoy Uganda’s wild beauty at a slower pace.
After breakfast, begin your journey back to Kampala, stopping for lunch en route. Arrive in the evening, marking the end of an unforgettable northern Uganda safari.
